Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we do not have final sale items, meaning all eligible products can be returned within the 30-day window if they meet return conditions.
